Powell Peralta Oval Dragon Skateboard Wheels
Most wheels around 90/92A are usually a bit slow, on the street these are the exact opposite! I tested them against Spitfire SoftD 92A's, Spitfire 80HD's and OJ Keyframe 87A's. Even though they're a bit harder than two of those these were quieter, faster and slid easier than the other three. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast they were since these didn't have a harder plastic core. I matched them with some Bones Swiss Ceramics and Aera precision spacers and they roll free and fast! These are a great option for those who want a modern wheel shape but don't want to skate around on teeth-chattering hard wheels or extremely soft and bouncy cruiser wheels. The one and only small negative is the graphic paint starts to flake off almost immediately and is a bit messy for a short time until most of it falls off. I wish they'd go more minimalist with the wheel art. I hope they keep this formula around a long time!
