Powell-Peralta Construction - Powell designed and fabricated AirLam low pressure air bladder presses are used to laminate 7 plies of the finest grade American, hard rock maple, with high strength, water resistant glue.

Each deck is then sealed against moisture with a water base acrylic semi-gloss finish. Powell-Peralta decks are precisely controlled in thickness for optimum performance and protect against de-lamination for the useful life of the deck.

Powell Peralta Skull & Sword 8.5 249 Shape Skateboard Deck

im a street skater who does alot of stuff on my board, and I'm pretty heavy weight
but somehow this deck has lasted me 4 months of hard-core skating

waterlogged 2 times, ran over once, and countless times of me landing in the middle and this thing still is kicking it, highly recommend powell decks, now im on a shaped skull and sword deck, will be doing business with powell for probably the rest of my time in skateboarding
