Overview

Mini Logo Precision bearings are Skate Rated, precision 608 bearings made to Skate One specifications. These bearings were designed for skating, not electric motors. They have a removable rubber shield on one side, a removable metal shield on the other, a high speed molded ball retainer, precision ground and super-finished hardened chromium steel races and balls, and come pre-lubricated with Speed Cream. This makes them smooth, fast, easy to install and maintain.

Skate Rated™ - Skate Rated bearings are engineered and tested by Bones Wheels to withstand the high impacts of hard landings and the high side loads of turning. These bearings roll faster and last longer than bearings that use the ABEC rating system. To give Skate Rated bearings an ABEC rating would ignore all the improvements Bones has made over the industry standard. Skate Rated bearings are specifically designed for skateboarding, not electric motors.

Pop the shields or don't. they are fast enough out of the box and don't need to break in.
Buy spacers or salvage old ones as it makes bearings much more stable and longer lasting.
Don't expect Bones Swiss speed or Swiss quality but you get good enough and wont care if these get wet or dirty.

I’ve never had any issues saving a buck for these. I feel they’re about as good as some China Reds

Made the switch to minilogo from bones reds. These may be fightin words, but I love these bearings. Seem to roll better for longer with very little maintenance. Press em in and skate! Nuff said.

For the combination of fast+quite+smooth, they're almost as good as Bones reds, Andale 7s or Yellow Jackets, but for 2/3 the price. I can't vouch for the long term durability yet, but so far so good! Unless you're a bowl ruler or otherwise obsessed with speed, other things (your wheels, the surface, grime/dust) will affect your ride way more than these bearings. For winter/rain/dirty conditions, a cruiser setup, or to revive some old wheels, these can't be beat! For value overall, I think these and Yellow Jackets are at least tied with Bones reds (in the combinations of wheels + conditions etc. where I've used them).
