Ace AF-1 Inverted | Product Review
The Ace AF-1 Inverted truck might just be the most innovative skate truck ever built. Joey Tershay and the crew over at Ace have consistently improved their designs over the years, and are committed to designing a truck that is by skaters, for skaters. With this exciting launch on the horizon, The Tactics skate team and friends spent a day in the Portland streets testing out the AF-1 inverted at various spots.
The consensus? These trucks bring some exciting innovations to the table, though they might require a bit of personal adjustment for some skaters. The trucks performed exceptionally well for grinds and turning, with no reported hang-ups and almost no break-in time. Truck madness is real, and all skaters have their own preferences in truck geometry, height, tightness, bushing hardness; you get the point. Try some out, and let us know what you think!
